氧化作用对烟煤标准物质特性指标量值影响的试验研究
Experimental study on the influence of oxidation at the characterisitc index values of bituminous coal reference materials

Abstract
Based on that the coal reference materials are the carriers of coal quantity value transmission and they play an indispensable role,the influence of the characterisitic index values of the reference materials of bituminous coal was studied by means of room temperature oxidation and hydrogen peroxide oxidation.It could provide technical sup-port for shortening the preparation period of the reference materials of bituminous coal,guarantee the stable quantity value and extending the service life.Combined with the characterisitics analysis of raw coal,this paper studies the influence of oxidation on proximate analysis,ultimate analysis,calorific value and caking index,the change tenden-cy of the charateristic index value in the room temperature oxidation was analyzed,as well as the change tendency of the charateristic index value and the caking index value in the hydrogen peroxide oxidation.The results showed that the oxidation effect on the ash,volatile,total sulfur,hydrogen and nitrogen indexes of six studied sam-ples were not obvious in the room temperature oxidation.While the oxidation effect on the calorific value,carbon and caking index were obvious,which showed a significant decrease then a greadual distribution with increasing oxi-dation time.Under different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide oxidation conditions,the determination results of volatile matter,total sulfur,hydrogen,and nitrogen in the sample are less affected by the concentration of hydrogen peroxide.The ash,carbon indexes were less affected by low concentration hydrogen peroxide while more affected by high concentration hydrogen peroxide.Moreover,the calorific value and caking index were greatly affected by oxi-dation of different concentration hydrogen peroxide.With the increasing of air drying time,the changes of charac-terisitc index values were not obvious by using different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide.关键词
