Abstract
According to GB/T 228.1-2021,the influence of different sample types and clamping methods on the tensile test results of tungsten copper alloy was studied.The results show that when using a circular specimen with a single step diameter of 10 mm for tensile testing,all specimens broke at the head and the tensile strength did not meet the acceptance criteria.When using a single step 2×M10-6h(both ends have external threads with a diameter of 10 mm and a tolerance level of 6 h)circular head threaded specimen,83.3%of the specimens fractured at the head,and only 20%of the specimens that tensile strength met the acceptance criteria.When using a double step 2×M10-6h circular head threaded specimen,the fracture position of the specimen was all in the parallel section,and the tensile strength met the acceptance specifications.关键词
