Abstract
Due to the low efficiency and sample particle size segregation of the vibration feeding method in traditional unmanned laboratory systems,the newly designed quantitative sampling and weighing device can precisely control the sampling volume to reduce sample segregation and improve the representativeness and accuracy of sampling as well as the weighing efficiency.This reduces the manual intervention and operational risks,and improves overall efficien-cy.By dissecting the composition of the coal intelligent analysis system and the defects of the traditional weig-hing method,this paper introduced the structural principle and technical solution of quantitative sampling and weig-hing device,designed a new quantitative sampling and weighing device and analyzed its advantages.The sampling representativeness,accuracy and weighing efficiency were significantly improved by precisely controlling the sampling volume.It uses a closed design to prevent sample segregation,achieve high weighing accuracy,and includes an in-tegrated dust-removal device.This device cleans residual coal samples,avoids cross-contamination and sample mix-ing,and enhances environmental protection,improves the overall performance of the coal intelligent analysis system.关键词
