导管球囊扩张术联合吞咽-摄食训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效分析

Abstract
Aim To observe the therapeutic effects of catheter balloon dilation combined with swallowing feeding training on post-stroke dysphagia.Methods Eighty patients with post-stroke dysphagia admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into a conventional rehabilitation group(receiving routine rehabilitation treatment)and an combined group(receiving catheter balloon dilation combined with swallowing feeding training on the basis of the conventional rehabilitation group).The Wada drinking water test scores,standard swallowing function scores before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of Wada drinking water test and standard swallowing function in both groups of patients were decreased(P＜0.05),and the combined group was lower than the conventional rehabilitation group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the conventional rehabilitation group(P＜0.05).Neither group experienced serious adverse reactions,and there was no significant difference in mild adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of catheter balloon dilation and swallowing feeding training can effectively improve the swallowing function and quality of life of patients with post-stroke swallowing dysfunction,enhance clinical effica-cy,and have high safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
