Abstract

In recent years,China's thermal coal production has maintained a high and stable level.The washing rate of thermal coal has been increasing annually.Due to its unique advantages,the heavy medium separation process has been widely used in steam coal preparation plants.As an important component of the intelligent construction of coal mines,it is necessary to construct system architecture and establish standards to guide and regulate the construc-tion of intelligent heavy medium separation system in coal preparation.For this purpose,this paper proposes the sys-tem architecture and basic requirements for the construction of the intelligent heavy medium separation system,and specifies the main technical requirements and related configurations of each level of the system structure from the per-spective of the physical implementation.The goal is to provide guidance for the construction of intelligent coal prepa-ration plants from the angle of standard and promote the transformation of coal production methods.An intelligent con-struction system architecture for the heavy medium sorting system has been constructed,which includes three system levels:equipment unit layer,intelligent management layer,and intelligent decision-making layer.The equipment u-nit layer includes monitoring units,control execution units,and intelligent auxiliary devices.The intelligent manage-ment layer mainly controls and manages the process of heavy medium sorting,while the intelligent decision-making layer mainly implements the analysis,calculation,and decision-making functions of the sorting process.In the fu-ture,the construction of intelligent separation systems in coal preparation plants should pay more attention to the uni-versality,compatibility,portability,and intelligence level of the system.By introducing advanced artificial intelli-gence algorithms,machine learning technology,as well as the Internet of Things,cloud computing,and big data technology,more accurate separation control and optimization can be achieved.At the same time,the adaptability to existing processes and changes in coal quality should be strengthened,and the technical level and innovation ability of the system should be continuously improved to promote the digital transformation and high-quality development of the coal industry.
