翳风穴联合热敏灸对顽固性面瘫的疗效观察
Observation of the therapeutic effects of Yifeng acupoint combined with thermosensitive mox-ibustion on intractable facial paralysis

Abstract
Aim To observe the therapeutic effects of Yifeng acupoint combined with thermosensitive moxibustion on intrac-table facial paralysis.Methods Sixty patients with intractable facial paralysis were randomly divided into an thermosensitive mox-ibustion combined group and a conventional acupuncture group.The conventional acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture,while the thermosensitive moxibustion combined group was treated with Yifeng acupoint combined with thermosensitive moxibustion on the basis of the conventional acupuncture group.The total effective rate,symptom and sign scores,facial disability index physiology(FDIP),facial disability index society(FDIS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS),facial nerve function grading between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the thermosensitive moxibustion combined group was higher than that of the conventional acupuncture group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the symptom and sign scores,FDIS,SAS,and SDS scores of both groups were decreased,and the thermosensitive moxibustion combined group was lower than the conven-tional acupuncture group(P＜0.05).Both of the FDIP scores were increased,with the thermosensitive moxibustion combined group being higher than the conventional acupuncture group(P＜0.05).The facial nerve function were improved,and the thermosensitive moxibustion combined group was better than the conventional acupuncture group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yifeng acupoint and thermosensitive moxibustion therapy can improve the facial nerve function of patients with intractable facial paralys-is,promote nerve function recovery,and alleviate patients'anxiety and depression.关键词
