煤质对水煤浆导热系数的影响研究
Study on the influence of coal characteristics on thermal conductivity of coal-water slurry

Abstract
Coal gasification is an important way for the clean and efficient utilization of coal,and coal-water slurry preheating is one of the keys to improve the efficiency of coal gasification energy use,based on that thermal conduc-tivity is an important basic parameter of the medium flow heat transfer and characterizes its thermal conductivity in the steady state thermal conductivity process,it is of practical significance to study the influence of coal quality on the thermal conductivity of coal-water slurry for the diverse varieties of coal in China.Combined with the preparation of coal-water slurry samples,the thermal conductivity of different coal qualities was determined using the transient hot-wire method,and the influence of coal qualities on the thermal conductivity of coal-water slurry was investigated by infrared spectroscopy,elemental analysis,and XRD,to explore the quantitative relationship between the ash content and the degree of graphitization on the thermal conductivity of coal-water slurry.The results show that the ratio of thermal conductivity of coal slurry to thermal conductivity of coal particles under the same experimental conditions is around 1.2.Coal quality has a significant effect on the thermal conductivity of coal,in which the ash and the degree of graphitization of carbon are the key indicators,the higher the ash content the higher the thermal conductivity of the coal slurry prepared;the stronger the characteristic peaks characterizing the degree of graphitization of the raw materi-al,the higher the degree of graphitization,the stronger the thermal conductivity of the slurry.关键词
