双通道胶带中部采样机的新型设计与实践
New design and practice of a double-channel belt middle sampler

Abstract
The new design and practical research of the dual channel tape middle sampling machine will help improve the adaptability of the tape middle sampling machine.The double-channel belt middle sampler was consisted of 13 mm channel and 25 mm channel,and the double-channel belt sampler realized the automation of two channels under the control of the electric control unit.Based on the analysis of the composition of the dual channel tape middle sam-pling machine and the working principle of the dual channel tape middle sampling machine,a sampling scheme is de-signed for full moisture adaptability comparison,and precision verification and bias testing are conducted.The practi-cal application of the double-channel belt sampler in a power plant was carried out.According to the practice results,13 mm channel could adapt to sampling of coal with total moisture less than 18%,and 25 mm channel could adapt to sampling of coal with total moisture less than 30%.Two channels could realize 100%mechanized sampling of coal from power plant.Experimental study on precision and bias of the double-channel belt sampler was carried out,the conclusions are as follow:the sampling precision of 13 mm channel and 25 mm channel both could meet the require-ments;13 mm channel dry basis ash bias confidence interval is-0.116%—0.276%,and total moisture bias confi-dence interval is-0.186%—0.070%.25 mm channel dry basis ash bias confidence interval is-0.159%—0.243%,and total moisture bias confidence interval is-0.191%—0.065%.The confidence intervals of dry basis ash and total moisture bias are within the acceptable bias range.There is no sampling bias in the double-channel belt middle sam-pler.It is suggested that the on-line detection technology of total moisture in coal should be studied to realize the self-adaptation of the double-channel belt middle sampler to wet sticky coal.关键词
