基于物联网的柚果分级交易数字化管理系统设计与开发
Design and Development of Digital Management System for Pomelo Grading Trading Based on IoT

Abstract
In view of the problems that Guangdong pomelo fruit is mainly traded by unified goods trading mode,the data of excellent fruit rate cannot be statistically analyzed,and it is difficult for fruit farmers to enjoy high quality and high price.A digital system suitable for pomelo fruit grading trading and management was proposed based on Internet of Things technology by this study.To facilitate the data interaction between the system and related hardware equipment,the existing equipment such as weighbridges and sorting machines were transformed with IoT technology,and the data inter-face was developed,enabling the acquisition of weight and quality information while processing pomelos.The function ver-ification test of the digital system was conducted in the production season of honey pomelo and Shatian pomelo in 2023 in Meizhou,Guangdong Province.The results showed that 224 purchase ordershave accumulated,and over 1 500 t pomelos havetraded,and the system had operated stably during the test.The optimal fruit rate of honey pomelo and Shatian pomelo were maintained at about 35%and 50%respectively.The system traceability function could accurately obtain the tracea-bility information and quality information,and generate the traceability two-dimensional code.The application of the sys-tem could realize the online hierarchical trading of pomelo fruit,the digitization of warehouse management,and the preci-sion of quality traceability,which could effectively improve the digitization level of Guangdong pomelo fruit industry and promote the high quality and high price of pomelo fruits.关键词
