A Study on the Development of Museums'Collection Management Based on the View of Collection Managers'Work:Take Changchun State-owned Museums as an Example

Abstract
Starting from the specific work practice of the collection custodian,the empirical research is carried out in the way of interview and field research,comparing and analyzing the work of the collection custodian in the 1980s and 1990s and the 21st century from the aspects of work content,work team and work environment,summarizing the development of the management of regional museum collections since the reform and opening up and proposing the optimization of the general problems of the work of the collection custodian.It also puts forward optimization suggestions for the common problems in the work of collection custodians.关键词
