共同生产视域下公共文化服务有效供给:基于演化博弈分析
Effective Supply of Public Cultural Services from the Perspective of Co-production:Based on Evolutionary Game Analysis Education Model

Abstract
Solve the dilemma of collective action of public cultural services,reverse the contradiction between supply and demand of public cultural services,and explore how to realize the effectiveness and sustainability of the supply of public cultural services to meet the growing cultural needs of the people.With the help of the theory of co-production,this paper constructs an analytical framework of government-society-public co-supply,clarifies the logical relationship between the government,society and the public in the supply of public cultural services,analyzes the key factors to improve the co-effective supply of public cultural services with evolutionary game analysis tools,deeply excavates the complex causal mechanisms that affect the co-effective supply of public cultural services,finds the strategic convergence point of the common supply of all parties,and explores the co-supply mode of public cultural services.It is concluded that:the interests of the subjects are an important factor affecting the common supply of public cultural services of each subject;fiscal and performance appraisal pressures are the relevant factors affecting the government's common supply;the regulatory mechanism and the trust mechanism have an impact on the common supply of the society;external incentives and internal cognition are important links in whether the public provides together,and the balance of interests is explored by changing the concept of supply,clarifying the main responsibility,mining the effect of factors,and exploring the balance of interests.Enhance the awareness of linkage,build a circular supply mechanism,and build an effective mechanism for joint production.关键词
