Application progress of electrospun chitosan-based nanofiber scaffold in tissue engineering
摘要
Abstract
To explore the application of electrospun chitosan-based nanofiber scaffold in tissue engineering,the main factors influencing electrospinning were outlined,and the basic methods for preparing these scaffolds using electrospinning technology were introduced.The application effectiveness of these scaffolds in tissue engineering fields such as skin,cartilage,bone,blood vessel,and nerve were reviewed.Additionally,the physical microstructural characteristic,biocompatibility,and antimicrobial property of the chitosan-based nanofiber scaffolds and the progress in applying these property in tissue engineering were analyzed.It is considered that chitosan-based nanofiber scaffolds have exhibited significant promise owing to their distinctive nanostructure and biocompatibility.Nevertheless,they still have remained in the investigational stage,necessitating additional research to comprehensively achieve their clinical utility and functional optimization.Future efforts should focus on improving performance,clinical translation and interdisciplinary collaboration,with the aim of advancing the application of electrospun chitosan-based nanofiber scaffolds in tissue engineering.关键词
