静电纺纳米纤维/水凝胶复合结构支架在组织工程领域的研究进展
Research progress on electrospun nanofiber/hydrogel composite scaffold in the field of tissue engineering
摘要
Abstract
The preparation of electrospun nanofiber/hydrogel composite scaffold and their applications in tissue engineering were discussed.The electrospun nanofiber/hydrogel composite scaffold with laminated,homogeneous,and core-shell structure,as well as their preparation strategy were introduced.Their applications in skin,nerve,bone,cartilage and cardiovascular tissue engineering were outlined.It is considered that the electrospun nanofiber/hydrogel composite scaffold has the advanced extracellular matrix imitating characteristics of electrospun nanofiber with the excellent water absorption and retention property as well as biomimetic physicochemical property of hydrogel.It shows unique advantages in the tissue repair and regeneration.It is pointed out that there are still significant challenges regarding the performance and industrialization of these composite scaffolds,such as the optimization of mechanical property,the feasibility of clinical translation and so on.Research breakthroughs in these areas are needed in the future to promote the further development and application of electrospun nanofiber/hydrogel composite scaffold in tissue engineering.关键词
