北京798艺术区与西安大华·1935发展模式比较研究
A Comparative Study of the Development Models of Beijing 798 Art Zone and Xi'an Dahua 1935
摘要
Abstract
The predecessor of Beijing 798 Art Zone is 718 United Factory,and the predecessor of Xi'an Dahua 1935 is Dahua Yarn Factory,both of which were included in the first batch of China's industrial heritage list in 2018 and occupy a special position in China's industrial history.Beijing 798 Art Zone is a cultural and creative industrial park formed by the interaction of art landscape and market economy,and Xi'an Dahua 1935 is a top-down planned commercial and cultural center,whose paths from relics to urban regeneration resources are two typical models of industrial heritage development in China at present.Using the comparative analysis method,the evolution path,value connotation,development management mode and development direction of both are analyzed to serve the adaptive reuse of industrial heritage.关键词
