Research progress of electrospun nanofiber-based scaffold for tendon repair
摘要
Abstract
In order to take full advantage of the small fiber diameter,high porosity,and good ECM mimicry of nanofiber scaffold prepared by electrospinning technology,promote the application of electrospun nanofiber scaffold in the field of tendon tissue engineering,the latest progress of electrospun nanofiber scaffolds in the field of tendon tissue injury repair was summarized from the perspectives of electrospinning technology improvement,selection of biomaterial and bioactive molecule,functional modification of scaffold,and construction of multifunctional scaffold by integrating multiple technology.Current state-of-the-art strategies for constructing electrospun nanofiber scaffolds were focused.The main challenges faced at this stage and future development trends were discussed.It is considered that enriching the biological functions of scaffold,improving the multi-scale biomimetic morphology,physicochemical property,and mechanical property of scaffold are the research hotspots for developing new scaffold material in tendon tissue engineering using electrospinning technology.关键词
