利用区块链智能合约技术的协同网络入侵检测系统
Cooperative network intrusion detection system via blockchain smart contract technology

Abstract
In order to improve network attack detection accuracy and improve data privacy,a blockchain-based cooperative network intrusion detection system(B-CIDS)is proposed.Firstly,Gaussian mixture model(GMM)and local outlier factor(LOF)based intrusion detection system(IDS)is deployed on different cloud nodes,in which the GMM is used to build a non-abnormal data model,fitting the characteristic boundary of each record.Then,the attack threshold is accurately defined with the LOF function to achieve precise detection of various types of attacks.Finally,different IDS are integrated by the alarm data aggregation mechanism based on blockchain and smart contract to realize privacy-preserving cooperative intrusion detection.The experimental results show that the proposed method can efficiently detect various internal and external attacks.The average detection accuracy is between 95%and 99%,and it can identify malicious behaviors that damage cloud services.The detection rate and false alarm rate are better than other compared methods,ensuring the data confidentiality,authenticity and integrity of all B-CIDS nodes.关键词
