摘要

Abstract

The permanent magnet electromagnetic recoil mechanism utilizes magnetic fields as energy transmission medium.Under the high energy density magnetic field requirements of artillery firing,magnetic leakage is inevitable,posing risks of magnetic field interference on sensitive components in intelligent weapon systems.To address this issue,numerical models were developed for two typical magnetic circuit structures:the widely used axial magnetization array and the more energy-efficient Halbach array.Comparative analysis revealed magnetic field distribution characteristics and leakage under different arrays—the axial magnetization model exhibits a more uniform magnetic field distribution,whereas the Halbach magnetization model exhibits a more concentrated magnetic field distribution.To optimize magnetic guidance and shielding,a three-layer optimal shielding structure(magnetic guidance-isolation-guidance)was designed,leveraging the properties of ferromagnetic and magnetic isolation materials.The magnetic field distributions of different shielding material structures were compared.The external shielding effectiveness values were 15.87 dB(axial)and 14.88 dB(Halbach),with internal shielding effectiveness reaching 11.498 dB(axial)and 13.18 dB(Halbach),respectively.This configuration significantly enhanced electromagnetic damping force,reducing both recoil distance and duration.Finally,considering the matching problem of different shielding layers,parameter optimization under fixed total shielding layer thickness constraints yielded the shielding layer thickness with the best shelding effect,improving shielding effectiveness by 15%for both array types.
