基于多焦点超表面透镜的折射率尺设计
Design of ruler-like refractometer based on multi-focal metasurface lens
摘要
Abstract
This paper presents a metasurface structure based on TiO2 nanopillar arrays on a SiO2 substrate for rapid and intuitive measurement of surrounding refractive index.By precisely controlling the position and angle of microstructural units,phase modulation of left-handed-circularly polarized light is achieved,thereby arbitrarily controlling the transmission wavefront.Experiments confirm the linear relationship between spatial refractive index and the position of the highest intensity focal line in the multi-focal metasurface lens,enabling real-time display of multi-focal focusing effects and real-time detection of refractive index changes.Therefore,it is called a ruler-like refractometer.The compact structure of this ruler-like refractometer facilitates integration with traditional portable devices,providing a new approach for the miniaturization and integration of optical measurement technology.关键词
