全神经内镜技术经眶上外侧入路切除鞍区肿瘤疗效分析
Efficacy analysis of full-neuroendoscopic resection of sellar tumors via lateral supraorbital approach

Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical effect of full-neuroendoscopic trans-lateral supraorbital approach in the treatment of sellar tumors.Methods The clinical data of 18 patients with sellar tumors admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery,the First People's Hospital of Changzhou from January 2020 to June 2023 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent full-neuroendoscope to remove tumors through trans-lateral supraorbital approach,and were followed up for 12 to 36 months after surgery,with follow-up of head magnetic resonance imaging.Results Total resection was achieved in 15 cases(83.3％)and subtotal resection in 3 cases(16.7％).Postoperative hypopituitarism occurred in 2 cases,transient diabetes insipidus and water-electrolyte disturbance in 3 cases,frontal lobe contusion in 1 case and intracranial infection in 1 case.After 12-36 months follow-up,there was no recurrence of tumor and no progress of residual tumor.Conclusions It is safe and effective to remove sellar tumors through trans-lateral supraorbital approach by full-neuroendoscope.关键词
