校园治理视阈下高校加强电信诈骗防范的思考
Reflections on Strengthening the Prevention of Telecom Fraud in Universities from the Perspective of Campus Governance
摘要
Abstract
Strengthening the prevention of telecom fraud in universities constitutes a crucial component of campus governance.This paper systematically reviews the main types and characteristics of campus telecom fraud.By integrating findings from existing literature and practical experiences,it analyzes the challenges in current prevention efforts from four dimensions:structural factors,individual behaviors,institutional management,and social influences.From the perspective of campus governance,the paper then proposes a multi-pronged approach to enhance the effectiveness of telecom fraud prevention.The proposed strategies include strengthening institutional construction,improving publicity and education initiatives,enhancing campus-wide prevention and control measures,and promoting coordination among various stakeholders.关键词
