思政元素与专业知识融合的项目化体系构建与实践

Abstract
Integration of expertise and ideological and political elements carries out project-based construction and practice,which can effectively improve quality of talent training and meet basic requirements of talent training goals of national-level master artisans.Taking core course Food Safety and Quality Control Technology of food quality and safety major in vocational colleges as an example,synchron-ization and frequency of curriculum ideology and politics and professional skills as a gripper,a new model of project-based implementa-tion of curriculum content was explored by comprehensively digging into curriculum ideology and politics elements.Reconstruction of curriculum system has been focused on,effective path was explored to cultivate virtues and morality,and education goal of seamless docking between school talent training and social talent needs was realized.At the same time,it also provided reference for ideological and political education reform in other major's course.关键词
