Research and Practice on the Reform of Talent Cultivation Program for Material Forming and Control Engineering Major Driven by New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract
The rapid and continuous development of new quality productive forces has imposed new demands on the talent cultivation in application-oriented undergraduate institutions.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the necessity of reforming the talent cultivation program.Drawing on the practical experience of reforming the talent cultivation program for the Material Forming and Control Engineering major at Nanjing Institute of Technology,it proposes reform measures.These include further adjusting and clarifying cultivation objectives,elaborating and implementing graduation requirements from multiple dimensions,and continuously optimizing and innovating the curriculum system.Moreover,it summarizes and reflects on the reform of the talent cultivation program in terms of the focal points,highlights,key elements,and crucial guarantees.The aim is to provide a reference for improving the quality of talent cultivation in application-oriented undergraduate institutions.关键词
