项目管理在农业科研试验基地建设中的实践与分析

Abstract
Agricultural scientific research experiment stations are the basic conditions and facility guarantees for carrying out field experiments in agricultural scientific research.The success or failure of the construction and management of condition and capability construction projects directly affects the quality and efficiency of the base's scientific research work.Taking the construction project of Korla Experiment Station of the Institute of Plant Protection,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,this paper analyzed the characteristics,processes,and existing problems of the project management of the experiment station construction project through project management practice.Suggestions on strengthening the project management of agricultural scientific research experiment station construction projects were put forward from the aspects of establishing and improving the management mechanism,overall planning of project construction,strengthening communication with local management departments,and constructing a perfect talent training mechanism.It is expected to improve the level of base construction and provide useful reference for the project management of agricultural scientific research experiment station construction.关键词
