神经内镜经旁正中入路在高血压性小脑出血手术中的操作自由度及效果评价
Evaluation of the manipulation freedom and efficacy of the neuroendoscopic paramedian approach in the surgery for hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To explore the operational freedom and treatment efficacy of the paramedian endoscopic approach in surgeries for hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 11 patients with hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage who underwent the paramedian endoscopic approach in Department of Neurosurgery,Liaoning Province Health Industry Group Iron and Coal General Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.The preoperative consciousness level,hemorrhage extent,operation time and postoperative hematoma clearance rate were observed.Results Immediate postoperative head CT scans showed that the hematoma clearance rate was over 90％in 10 patients and 70％-90％in 1 patient.After 3 months of follow-up,10 patients survived and 1 died.According to the modified Rankin scale,8 cases scored 0-2 points,2 cases scored 3 points,0 cases scored 4-5 points,and 1 case scored 6 points.Conclusions The paramedian endoscopic approach for treating hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage offers high operational freedom,allowing precise and efficient hematoma removal,reducing surgical trauma and complications,and promoting neurological recovery.It is a safe and effective minimally invasive treatment method.关键词
