Exploration and Practice on the Efficiency Improvement of Large Scientific Research Instruments Open Sharing in Agricultural Scientific Research Institutions,Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example
摘要
Abstract
Agricultural scientific research institutions bear the important responsibility of agricultural technological innovation.As a fundamental resource for science and technology,large scientific research instruments are crucial for technological innovation.The open sharing of large instruments has become a key measure to enhance the efficiency of technological innovation,promote interdisciplinary integration,and drive the transformation of agricultural scientific achievements.Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,this article systematically reviewed the current status of its large instruments open sharing,deeply analyzed the efficiency bottlenecks existing in the sharing process,and proposed targeted strategies and practical pathways from the aspects of sharing system construction,instrument resource allocation,sharing team building,and improvement of incentive and guarantee mechanisms.关键词
