Research progress on factors influencing macrophage polarization in the microenvironment of glioblastoma
摘要
Abstract
Glioblastoma(GBM)is the most aggressive form of primary intracranial malignancy in adults,and its short survival duration is intricately linked to the immunosuppressive effects mediated by the tumor microenvironment.The phenotypic transition of tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)is pivotal in establishing immunosuppressive milieu and driving the progression of the disease.This paper presents a comprehensive review of pertinent literature and emerging research developments to examine the factors governing macrophage polarization within the GBM microenvironment and the underlying mechanisms involved.关键词
