Design of Ice Sail Blade Clamp Based on Reverse Engineering and 3D Printing

Abstract
To improve the stability and maneuverability of ice sailing,reverse engineering technology is used to design a new ice blade clamp through data acquisition,processing,and 3D model reconstruction.Finite element analysis(FEA)software is utilized for performance evaluation and optimization,followed by 3D printing for prototype fabrication.Experimental verification is conducted after assembling the clamp with the ice blade.The results show that the aluminum alloy-based blade clamp exhibits superior corrosion resistance and oxidation stability.While reducing weight without compromising structural integrity,the design meets performance expectations for improving stability and handling of ice sailing.关键词
