Preliminary Study on the Assessment and Evaluation Mechanism for Agricultural Science and Technology Management Personnel
摘要
Abstract
Building an assessment and evaluation mechanism for agricultural science and technology management personnel is of great significance for stimulating the work efficiency of management personnel,promoting the construction of a talent pipeline in management,and enhancing the core competitiveness of organizational development.This article analyzed the main problems existing in the current assessment and evaluation of agricultural science and technology management personnel,and proposed to build an assessment and evaluation index system based on the basic responsibilities of management personnel,detailing their performance in"morality,ability,diligence,achievement,and integrity".The aim is to enrich and expand the research on the assessment and evaluation mechanism for management personnel,thereby promoting the innovative development of agricultural research institutions.关键词
