肠道菌群失调及外泌体在帕金森病机制中的研究进展
Progress of intestinal flora and exosomes involved in Parkinson's disease
摘要
Abstract
Parkinson's disease(PD)is a neurodegenerative disease, and its pathogenesis has not been elucidated so far.Currently, the gut-brain axis and exosomes are the two major research hotspots in PD.The dysbiosis of intestinal flora is involved in the progression of PD through the brain-gut axis by affecting the body's inflammation level, intestinal barrier permeability, and neuroinflammation.Exosomes play an important role in PD by acting as communication messengers to participate in the activation of neuroglial cells and the transmission of α-syn.By summarizing the effects of intestinal flora, exosomes and their synergistic effects in PD,we can provide some theoretical references for the occurrence and treatment of PD.关键词
