Exploration of the Reform of Professional Title Evaluation Standards in Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences in the New Era,Taking Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

Abstract
Professional titles are a key indicator of the academic and professional competence of technical professionals.In recent years,China has implemented a series of reforms to the professional title system,aiming to better support talent development and encourage innovation.Gansu Province has actively pursued comprehensive reforms in the evaluation of professional titles for technical professionals,establishing a new evaluation system.This article discussed the measures taken by Gansu Province to deepen the reform of the professional title system and the steps taken by Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences to innovate the evaluation of scientific and technological talents.Addressing issues such as the inadequate establishment of new standards after breaking the"four-only"limitations,insufficient innovation in evaluation methods,and inadequate reform in resource allocation evaluation,it proposed further incorporating morality,ability,performance,and outstanding contributions as the main indicators of the evaluation system.Additionally,it suggested refining evaluation standards,innovating the evaluation mechanism for scientific and technological talents,and strengthening the whole-process management of scientific research integrity to enhance the criteria for professional title review in scientific research institutes.关键词
