Abstract
To address the construction challenges of viaduct segmental beams under geometrically constrained urban environments,characterized by tight radius and steep longitudinal slopes,the optimized construction techniques are explored for small-segment precast beams,leveraging their inherent structural flexibility to overcome spatial limitations.Through a real-world engineering case study,a novel"pre-offset beam alignment with mid-chord equal division and vertical staggering"construction technique is proposed to achieve enhanced stability,construction efficiency and dimensional control.The results demonstrate that the construction challenges of small-segment beams under extreme conditions can be effectively tackled through rational construction strategy selection and precision technical control.关键词
