Abstract
The construction of talent teams is a crucial aspect of the development of State Key Laboratories and an important guarantee for cultivating innovative achievements in laboratories.This article,taking the State Key Laboratory for Biology of Plant Diseases and Insect Pests as an example,introduced the basic situation of talent team construction,elaborated on its importance,and analyzed the achievements made since the"13th Five-Year Plan".It also listed innovative measures taken in talent team construction,aiming to promote the development of State Key Laboratories through these efforts.关键词
