摘要

Abstract

Wheat is one of the most important cereal crops all around the world,but its genetic transformation is restricted by low transformation efficiency and strong genotype dependence.Application of regeneration-related genes in the transformation process can significantly improve genetic transformation efficiency and regeneration efficiency,and is an effective way to break through this problem.The overexpression of GRF4-GIF1 and TaWOX5 has achieved a significant increase in genetic transformation efficiency in several wheat varieties,and almost overcame the genotype-dependent problem in the process of wheat genetic transformation,which have important theoretical reference and practical application value.
