Application of Regenerative-Related Genes to Break Through Genotype Dependency in Wheat Genetic Transformation

Abstract
Wheat is one of the most important cereal crops all around the world,but its genetic transformation is restricted by low transformation efficiency and strong genotype dependence.Application of regeneration-related genes in the transformation process can significantly improve genetic transformation efficiency and regeneration efficiency,and is an effective way to break through this problem.The overexpression of GRF4-GIF1 and TaWOX5 has achieved a significant increase in genetic transformation efficiency in several wheat varieties,and almost overcame the genotype-dependent problem in the process of wheat genetic transformation,which have important theoretical reference and practical application value.关键词
