Abstract
Since the implementation of the Regulations on Pesticide Administration and its supporting regulations,these policies have played an crucial role in regulating China's pesticide market and ensuring pesticides quality.However,during long-term supervision and law enforcement practices,authorities in various regions have encountered some special issues that are difficult to clearly define within existing legal framework.The paper propose suggestions for their appropriatehandling,aiming to provide some reference for pesticide law enforcement related to the issues.关键词
