Abstract
Since the construction of high-standard farmland in Ningxia in 2011.the farmland infrastructure in Ningxia has been effectively improved,and the production capacity of cultivated land has been greatly increased.However,affected by the imperfect standard system,the serious aging and disrepair of constructed projects,and the low level of information technology,the high-standard farmland construction projects have failed to give full play to the benefits.Some of the high-standard farmland that has been built can not meet the requirement of the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Based on the analysis of the causes of the current problems,some suggestions are put forward for doing a good job in the construction of high-standard farmland,such as improving the standard system,actively promoting the integration of production,research and use,strengthening the post-construction management and protection,strengthening the team construction,etc.,aiming to provide a reference for the future construction of high-standard farmland in Ningxia.关键词
