国产防雷击铜网在直升机上的应用研究

Abstract
In this paper,the application research of large-width domestic lightning strike protection copper mesh materials in helicopters is systematically carried out.Aiming at the lightning protection needs of helicopters,the requirements analysis and current status research of lightning protection copper mesh materials were carried out.The forming characteristics,structural characteristics and material properties of lightning protection copper mesh materials are described.A study on the process properties of domestic lightning protection copper mesh on composite structures in typical lightning protection areas of helicopters was carried out.Lightning protection tests were carried out on a typical helicopter laminated structure made of domestic lightning protection copper mesh.This paper shows the feasibility study ideas and advancement of domestic lightning protection copper mesh materials on helicopters,which is of great significance and reference application value.关键词
