Abstract
A HPLC method for the determination of trifluenfuronate technical has been established.The analysis was performed using a ZORBAX SB-C18 reverse phase column with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.05%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(50∶50,v/v).The content of trifluenfuronate in the sample was determined using an external standard method at a wavelength of 275 nm.The method exhibited excellent linearity,with a linear correlation coefficient of 1.000,and a standard deviations of 0.12.The method is simple,reliable,and highly precise,making it suitable for the quantitative analysis of trifluenfuronate.关键词
