Abstract
During the development and application of polyurethane artificial leather for automotive interior parts,it was found that the sunscreen resistance of polyurethane artificial leather was relatively poor.In this work,the sunscreen resistance performance and the influencing factors of polyurethane leather for automotive interior were verified and analyzed.The results showed that the failure of polyurethane leather after sunscreen treatment was reversible in some cases.High temperature conditions can promote the interaction between sunscreen and polyurethane leather.The larger the contact area and the longer the contact time between sunscreen and polyurethane leather,the more likely the sunscreen resistance failure will occur.A set of sunscreen test conditions suitable for polyurethane leather was verified as follows:50 μL sunscreen was dropped on the surface of the sample,and the sample was placed at room temperature for 12 hours.The sunscreen reagent was then cleaned,and the sample was placed at room temperature for 4 hours to evaluate its surface status.关键词
