Abstract

This article investigates the detection of four brassinolide pesticide residues in water using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).After membrane treatment,water sampleswere directly analyzed.Detection was carried out in both positive and negative ion mode of electric spray(ESI+-)using multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)and the external standard method for quantification.The results showed that 24-epibrassinolide,28-homobrassinolide,propionylbrassinolide and 14-hydroxylated brassinosteroid had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.001~0.1 mg/L,with correlation coefficient greater than 0.99.Recoveries ranged from 83.0%~99.2%,and the relative standard deviationswere between 2.02%~5.54%atspiking level of 0.001~0.1 mg/L.This method is concise,efficient,sensitive,stable,and environmentally friendly,and meets the requirements for trace-level analysis of pesticide residues.It provides reliable technical support for the rapid screeningof various brassinolide pesticides in aquatic environments.
