Abstract
In order to explore the relationship between the color value of tobacco samples and the conventional chemical composition,the color value(L,a,b)and the conventional chemical composition(nicotine,total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen,potassium ion,chloride ion)of tobacco samples(X2F,C3F,B2F)from 17 major tobacco production areas in Southwest China were tested,and correlation and regression analysis were carried out.The results showed that,the color value(L,a,b)of tobacco leaves was significantly correlated with nicotine,total sugar,reducing sugar,and total nitrogen in conventional chemical compositions at the 0.01 level.Except for total nitrogen,which is strongly correlated with color value b,nicotine,total sugar,and reducing sugar are all strongly correlated with color value a.The order of influence of color value on conventional chemical components is color value a>color value b>color value L.Stepwise regression analysis was used to determine that there was a linear correlation between color value b and total nitrogen,color value a and nicotine,total sugar,and reducing sugar.关键词
