GD型卷包设备空头烟包剔除量的改进与分析

Abstract
In order to reduce the amount of empty cigarette packs removed by GD type wrapping equipment,increase the quality stability of cigarettes,and achieve the purpose of reducing material consumption and improving production efficiency,a rolling friction stabilization device at the cigarette outlet of a cigarette machine is designed and developed in this paper.The sliding friction fixed smoke exhaust plate at the cigarette outlet is transformed into a rolling friction roller,and differential negative feedback synchronous linkage control is adopted to ensure that it can automatically adapt to the rotating speed of the cigarette machine,effectively reducing the amount of smoke foam at the cigarette outlet of the cigarette maker.The amount of falling smoke reduces the generation of empty cigarettes,and has recently further reduced the amount of cigarette packs removed by the packaging machine.The device modification results show that:The quantity of cigarette packs removed by the GD packaging machine was reduced by 46.26%,which reduced material loss and saved production costs.The proportion of empty packs removed by the packaging machine was reduced by 81.92%,effectively solving the problem of more empty packs removed by the GD packaging machine.,improving production efficiency.The amount of cigarette foam falling from the cigarette outlet was reduced by 74.95%,improving the waste of tobacco in the GD cigarette machine and increasing the quality stability of cigarettes.The device has low transformation cost,high practicality,and strong reliability.It can be widely extended to other cigarette models.While reducing costs,improving quality and efficiency,it will generate a large number of economic benefits for cigarette production enterprises.关键词
