Abstract

At present,large-scale propane centrifugal compressor units have become important mechanical equipment in current chemical operations.The compressor unit is a large-scale unit operating at high speed,high temperature and high pressure,and the equipment itself is a large-scale assembly equipment,consisting of a power drive end and a compression end,the driving end of the centrifugal compressor unit is driven by a steam turbine and a high-pressure motor.Drive two modes;therefore,large-scale centrifugal compressor units must ensure scientific and complete design and high-standard installation quality that strives for excellence in order to meet smooth and efficient operation and provide guarantee for the good operation of production equipment.During the operation and operation of propane centrifugal compressor units,installation design is a very important work link and content.Only by ensuring the scientific nature and rationality of its installation design can we ensure the normal operation of the propane centrifugal compressor units and ensure the overall work quality and work efficiency.Based on this,this paper has an in-depth understanding of the heat pump process,and at the same time explores the layout of the compressor unit.In addition,it also analyzes the stress analysis and pipeline design of the thermal pipeline,so as to ensure that its installation design meets relevant regulations and standard requirements and provides a basis for relevant staff.
