基于结构方程模型的山地城市公园游客满意度及重游意愿研究
Study on tourists'satisfaction and willingness to revisit in mountain urban parks based on structural equation model
摘要
Abstract
Urban parks serve as vital ecological infrastructures,offering residents access to public spaces for recreational activities and high-quality leisure experience.Taking Caiyunhu Wetland Park in Chongqing as an example,a questionnaire survey was conducted from six evaluation dimensions:environmental satisfaction,facility satisfaction,activity satisfaction,service quality satisfaction,as well as overall satisfaction and revisit intention,and the tourist satisfaction,revisit intention and their influencing factors of mountain urban parks were analyzed by constructing structural equation model.The research results showed that:(1)The overall level of satisfaction among tourists to urban parks and their willingness to revisit were high,and there were significant differences among tourists of different agea,places of residence,and education levels.(2)The level of service quality satisfaction had a significant positive impact on the overall satisfaction and the willingness to revisit,among which service attitude was the most important influencing factor.(3)Environmental satisfaction had a significant positive effect on the overall satisfaction,among which the natural or cultural characteristics of parks were the most important influencing factors.关键词
