Abstract
By conducting an in-depth analysis of the causes of historical flood railway traffic accidents,summarizing flood control safety situation,and analyzing flood control safety risks,this paper studies and determines the major risk situation of railway flood control,list of dangerous sources and key points of risk management and control;it puts forward some active countermeasures,such as implementing the inventory control of major risks of railway flood control,strengthening engineering rectification measures,controlling the safety risks of passenger trains in flood season,promoting the innovative application of scientific and technological disaster prevention technology and strengthening civil air defense measures in flood season,so as to scientifically identify and control major risks of flood control and promote the change of flood control work from preventing accidents to preventing and controlling safety risks in advance.关键词
