Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of percutaneous neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy instrument combined with early rehabilitation training on patients with mechanical ventilation(MV).Methods:A total of 80 cases of MV patients admitted to Tai'an Central Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the study group was treated with percutaneous neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy instrument combined with early rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for ten days.The muscle strength,severity of illness,clinical indictors,blood gas indexes and the incidence of ICU acquired weakness(ICU-AW)were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the Medical Research Council muscle strength score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the Acute Physiological and Chronic Health Evaluation Ⅱ score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MV time and ICU treatment time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the blood oxygen saturation and oxygenation index of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the arterial blood carbon dioxide pressure was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of ICU-AW in the study group was 2.50%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy instrument combined with early rehabilitation training can improve the muscle strength,condition,clinical indexes and blood gas indexes of MV patients,and reduce the incidence of ICU-AW.关键词
