Abstract

The research aims to explore the molecular mechanism of Shengma Biejia Tang in the treatment of My-elodysplastic Syndrome using network pharmacology.The research methods are as follows:The components and composition targets of Shengma Biejia Tang were collected using TCMSP,HERB prediction databases.The dis-ease targets of Myelodysplastic Syndrome were screened by Gene Cards,DisGeNET,and TTD disease databases.Common targets of drug component targets and disease targets were screed by Venn diagram.PPI network was used to screen core targets.Common targets were used for GO and KEGG enrichment analysis.The research re-sults are as follows:125 chemical components,673 composition targets,824 disease targets,and 129 common targets were screened from Shengma Biejia Tang.833 GO entries and 160 KEGG signaling pathways were ob-tained through enrichment analysis of common targets.Based on the research,the following conclusions have been drawn:Shengma Biejia Tang may act on targets such as TP53,STAT3,and MYC,regulating the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,JAK-STAT signaling pathway,and HIF-1 signaling pathway through Quercetin,Stigmasterol,and 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid in a multi-target,multi-pathway manner.
