Analysis of High-Risk Factors and Preventive Measures of Uterine Rupture During Labour
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the high-risk factors and preventive measures of uterine rupture during labour.Methods:Data of 364 patients who delivered in Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2018 to October 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,and were divided into an occurrence group(n=74)and a non-occurrence group(n=290)according to whether uterine rupture occurred during labour.The clinical data of patients were collected,the risk factors for uterine rupture during labour in patients were analyzed,and the preventive measures based on high-risk factors were proposed.Results:During the same period,there were 101101 cases of parturients in our hospital,and a total of 74 cases had uterine rupture,with an incidence rate of 0.07%,among them,54 cases were incomplete uterine rupture and 20 cases were complete uterine rupture.The results of univariate analysis showed that the gravidity,parity,number of previous induced abortion,number of cesarean section,and previous curettage ratio of the occurrence group were higher than those of the non-occurrence group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The results of multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that the number of previous induced abortions,previous curettage,and number of previous cesarean section were independent risk factors for uterine rupture during labour(P<0.05).Conclusion:The number of previous induced abortions,previous curettage,and previous cesarean section were independent risk factors for uterine rupture during labour In clinical practice,these high-risk factors should be given special attention,and active prevention and treatment measures should be taken for pregnant women with these high-risk factors to reduce the incidence of uterine rupture during delivery and ensure the safety of both the mother and the baby.关键词
