摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of early continuous passive functional exercise on joint function in patients with tibial plateau fracture after open reduction and internal fixation. Methods:A total of 100 patients with tibial plateau fracture admitted to Tianjin Hospital from August 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and a study group,by random number table method with 50 cases in each group. The control group carried out routine rehabilitation exercise, and the study group combined early continuous passive activity function exercise on the basis of the control group.Three weeks was a course, and both groups were trained for three courses.Pain degree, knee function, knee range of motion and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the Pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the knee function of the study group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the angles of active and passive knee bending and knee extension in the study group were greater than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 2.00%,which was lower than 18.00%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early continuous passive activity training for patients with tibial plateau fracture after open reduction and internal fixation is beneficial to the functional recovery of the knee joint, improving the range of motion of the knee joint, reducing the degree of pain and reducing the occurrence of complications.关键词
