摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of limb linkage rehabilitation training combined with body-weight support treadmill training on stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods:A total of 60 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted in Cao County People's Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups received routine rehabilitation intervention. On this basis, the control group underwent body-weight support treadmill training, and the study group underwent limb linkage rehabilitation training combined with body-weight support treadmill training.Bath groups were treated 2 month. The motor function, walking function, balance function and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results:After intervention, the upper and lower limbs scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment and Berg Balance Scale score in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the Functional Ambulation Category Scale degree of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of all dimensions of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of body-weight support treadmill training combined with limb linkage rehabilitation training for the intervention of stroke patients with hemiplegia is helpful to improve their motor function, balance function and walking function, and has high application value.关键词
