Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty(TKA)for knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 150 patients with KOA undergoing TKA surgery admitted to the 80th Group Military Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The knee function,postoperative recovery,pain degree,the occurrence of complications and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results:Three months after surgery,the motion,function scores and total score of the Hospital for Special Surgery knee joint score in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first feeding time,frist postoperative defecation time,first postoperative getting out of bed time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One,three and seven days after surgery,the Pain Visual Analogue Scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 18.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two weeks after surgery,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rehabilitation nursing in TKA patients with KOA can promote the recovery of joint function,speed up postoperative rehabilitation,reduce pain,reduce complications and relieve negative emotions.关键词
